Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Fit-bot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fit-bot is operated by Geron Labs. The Service is a Telegram-based fitness management platform for personal trainers and their clients.

The Service

• Telegram MiniApp for fitness trainers to manage clients, programs, and progress
• Client-side interface for logging workouts, nutrition, and progress metrics
• Food photo recognition feature for approximate calorie and macronutrient estimation
• Achievement and gamification system
• White-label option for studios and fitness businesses

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Accounts and Access

• Access is via Telegram authentication — your Telegram account is required
• Trainers register with an access code and are responsible for their client accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account
• You may not share your trainer account with unauthorized third parties

Subscription, Pricing and Payments

Paid plans (Pro, Studio) are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle (international, Merchant of Record) or Robokassa (Russia, on behalf of seller ИП Сидоров С.Б.).

• Free plan: up to 3 clients, no payment required
• Pro plan: up to 10 clients — 850 ₽/month (RU) or $10/month (international)
• Studio plan: up to 25 clients — 1700 ₽/month (RU) or $17/month (international)
• White-label: one-time custom pricing from 50 000 ₽, see White Label section
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date
• Receipts are issued by Paddle / Robokassa on our behalf

Order Process · Оформление заказа

Заказ оформляется через MiniApp в Telegram (t.me/notes_sidr_bot/fitbot). Тренер выбирает тариф и переходит к оплате через Robokassa или Paddle. После успешной оплаты подписка активируется автоматически в течение 1 минуты.

Способы оплаты: банковские карты Visa/MasterCard/МИР, СБП, электронные кошельки (через Robokassa); международные карты, PayPal (через Paddle).

Delivery and Exchange · Доставка и обмен

Доставка цифрового сервиса осуществляется моментально после подтверждения оплаты — подписка активируется в учётной записи пользователя в Telegram MiniApp. Физических товаров не поставляется.

Обмен подписки на другой тариф (upgrade/downgrade) производится по запросу в поддержку. Разница в цене пересчитывается пропорционально оставшемуся периоду подписки.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for its intended fitness management purpose
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Trainers are responsible for the accuracy of programs they create for clients

Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and interface elements are owned by Geron Labs. Your personal fitness data belongs to you. Content you enter (programs, custom exercises) remains yours; you grant us a license to store and display it within the Service.

Disclaimer and Liability

Fit-bot is a software tool, not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Calorie estimates from the food recognition feature are approximate (accuracy within ~15% on standard meals) and should not be used for medical purposes.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for third-party service outages (Telegram, etc.).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained per our Privacy Policy and deleted upon request.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
