Overview
Fit-bot offers a free plan with no credit card required. We encourage you to test the Service fully before upgrading to a paid plan.
First 3 clients are always free. No payment needed to evaluate the Service.

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain full access to your paid plan until the period ends
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan (up to 3 clients)
- Your data is preserved when downgrading
To cancel, contact us via mail@geronlabs.ru or t.me/geronlabs_serg before your next renewal date.

Refund Eligibility
- Full refund: requested within 72 hours of payment if the Service was not used during that period
- Pro-rated refund: if a technical issue on our side prevented you from using the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours
- Full refund: if we fail to deliver after accepting a White Label order

Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscription period already used (e.g., cancellation at end of month)
- Change of mind after the 72-hour window
- Incompatibility with your Telegram setup (please test on Free plan first)
- Outages caused by Telegram or other third-party services outside our control
- Violations of our Terms of Service

White Label Orders
White Label is a custom one-time project. A 50% deposit is charged upfront.
- Deposit is refundable if no work has started within 5 business days of payment
- Once development begins, the deposit is non-refundable
- Final payment is due upon project delivery and acceptance
- If we cannot deliver as agreed, full deposit is returned

How to Request a Refund
Contact us with your order details (Paddle receipt number) and a brief description of the issue:
We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle (international) or Robokassa (Russia) within 5–10 business days.

Возврат для российских клиентов
Для клиентов, оплативших через Robokassa, возврат производится на ту же банковскую карту, с которой была произведена оплата. Срок зачисления — до 10 рабочих дней (зависит от банка-эмитента).
Запрос на возврат отправляйте на mail@geronlabs.ru с указанием номера операции Robokassa и причины возврата.

Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may initiate a dispute through Paddle's or Robokassa's buyer protection process. We cooperate fully with all mediation requests.
